Building Compliance Associates Ltd is run by Gavin Miller who has over 20 years practical experience in Energy, Health and Safety and Sustainability Consultancy. Gavin is responsible for ensuring the high standard of work produced by BCA.
A Chartered Energy Engineer and Chartered Environmentalist, Gavin has worked on a diverse range of projects including Industrial Project Management & Operation, Construction Site Management, Carbon and Waste Management and has carried out numerous Energy Audits, Sustainability Appraisals, and Health and Safety surveys giving him a unique mix of practical application and legislative knowledge.
Gavin provides consultancy support in energy, environmental management, sustainability and health and safety to clients in all sectors and have recently worked extensively with the Ministry of Defence and other public sector bodies, property and facilities management companies, as well as industrial clients.
Gavin is also highly experienced in Sustainability Appraisal, ISO 14001, Health and Safety Management and Site/Project Management, including the management of construction sites.
He has extensive training and presentation experience, and has provided in depth seminars to a variety of internal and external clients on subjects including Building & Industrial Energy Efficiency, Site Waste Management Plans, Sustainability Appraisal and Environmental Management Systems.
